The Bellevue Heights Church Foundation is a public nonprofit corporation which was organized in 1982. It is an independent entity providing investment income for use in two major areas:
Student Aid Endowment Fund --The Student Aid Endowment Fund provides financial scholarships to full-time persons preparing for careers in full-time Christian work. These scholarships will be granted to persons enrolled as full-time students in an accredited theological seminary that teaches in Baptist traditions and have statements of faith that are approved by the Foundation Board of Trustees. These students must submit a scholarship application with supporting material to the Foundation Board of Trustees.
Hoover Humanitarian Endowment Fund --The Hoover Humanitarian Endowment Fund supports more than 20 ministries and social services. The following criteria govern the eligibility for organizations, and/or people, to be considered for a grant. Limited to nonprofit organizations that work with the underprivileged, elderly, and minority communities. These organizations must submit a grant proposal with supporting material to the Foundation Board of Trustees. The Foundation is meeting needs above and beyond the annual church budget.

Fuller Theological Seminary, California student Amy Thompson “It is with much gratitude that I write this letter of thanks for the financial aid you have awarded me for this upcoming academic year. Serving in ministry and raising a daughter, adopted from India three years ago, while in school, brings many joys and a few challenges. Your gift not only helps us to pay our expenses during the next year, but also lightens other burdens as well. From our whole family, THANK YOU!”
Diane A. Ellis “I want to thank you again for your support. It makes a huge difference to me in my ability to continue on this journey. This semester I am taking Christian Theology, Typologies and Themes; Preaching Difficult Scripture Texts; and Supervised Ministry. I am a student minister at Calvary St. Andrews Presbyterian Church and have preached there twice. I have participated in the liturgy planning team for several months and the task force looking at improving communications, and am coordinating the adult Christian education program this year. I look forward to all of the learning opportunities I will have in this parish. May you be blessed as you have blessed me.”
